TOTAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS

DEPROS offers its customers a Full Warranty on reconditioned and new original turbochargers, further demonstrating its commitment to quality, reliability, and service.

Operating Mode

The Full Warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase indicated on the invoice.
During this period, the customer can benefit from a repair or replacement of the turbocharger, even if the failure is due to external or accidental causes.

Exclusions

The Full Warranty does not cover:

• Shipping costs (return);
• Disassembly and reassembly operations;
• Any damage to components external to the turbocharger (e.g., engine, cylinder head, etc.).

Request for Service

To activate the coverage, you must provide:

• Spare part number;
• Purchase invoice number;
• Serial number shown on the product label;
• Detailed description of the malfunction encountered.

DEPROS reserves the right to carry out, free of charge, a thorough technical assessment to identify the causes of the failure and prevent any recurrence of any problems.

Please note:

The Full Warranty:

• Not available for some product codes (see specific sales information);
• It does not apply to turbochargers intended for racing or for uses that do not conform to the original design specifications.
