Hydraulic Steering Racks

Depros markets new original hydraulic steering racks from leading brands such as Jtekt, Koyo, Smi, TRW and others, in order to offer customers a solution for every need. We also have a large stock of remanufactured hydraulic steering racks. During the remanufacturing process, only original equipment parts are used. Each steering rack is individually tested for sealing, pressure, and leakage and is covered by a 12-month Kasko Warranty included in the price.
Electric Steering Racks

Electric steering racks are the latest technological evolution of the assisted steering system and ensure the proper functionality of systems such as ASR, ABS, and ESP. Although it is a new technology, it is possible to remanufacture some of these parts. We analyze and work on these items both electrically and hydraulically.
For those models where remanufacturing is not possible, we compensate by sourcing and offering our customers new parts at the best possible price.

Given the delicate function of this component, each steering column is tested on specific test benches for extended sessions. Only if the tests are passed 100% is the City unit ready to be sold.

The electric pump provides the exact amount of oil needed to facilitate steering, adjusting the pressure depending on whether the vehicle is stationary or moving. Found on a significant number of vehicles in circulation, it is a particularly delicate component. The experience we have gained in the field allows us to identify the cause of failure and restore the electric pump to full functionality. Simply replacing the electric pump does not guarantee a successful repair, which is why we provide specialists with all our knowledge to ensure a proper, state-of-the-art repair.
