MOVIORDER 4 Features
MOVIORDER 4 was created to provide operational support to customers and simplify the management of DEPROS products throughout the various operational phases.
The service integrates various features developed to simplify information consultation, speed up reorder management, and offer greater autonomy in daily operations.
To use MOVIORDER 4, you’ll need to log in with the default credentials used for DEPROS e-commerce. After the first login, the application interface will be configured with the DEPROS identity, allowing the customer to use a digital environment consistent with company services.
BARCODE SCANNING AND CODE CONSULTATION TURBO APPLICATION
One of the main features introduced with MOVIORDER 4 is the ability to scan the barcode on purchased products.
With this feature, customers can quickly identify the component and view the associated Turbo application codes directly in the app.
This feature was born from the need to speed up a task that previously required direct support from the DEPROS team.
Application codes will be available only for products previously purchased and subsequently scanned, thus ensuring access to information related to your purchase history.
SCANNED PRODUCT HISTORY
Each product identified by scanning is automatically saved in your personal area.
This allows customers to easily find information about previously purchased components in the future, without having to re-scan or request the data again.
QUICK PRODUCT REPURCHASE
To make order management even more efficient, MOVIORDER 4 allows you to repurchase products already in your order history.
Customers can select the previously scanned item, add it to their cart, and place their order directly from the app, without having to access the e-commerce site via a browser.
It’s important to note that MOVIORDER 4 does not replace the DEPROS online shop and does not allow you to view the entire product range available in the catalog. The application is primarily designed as an operational tool to speed up the management of reorders for products already purchased and identified by the customer.
BESTBUY SECTION
MOVIORDER 4 will include a BestBuy section, dedicated to the products most frequently purchased by customers.
In this area, customers can browse the most frequently purchased items, view related information, and proceed directly to reordering.
In this section, too, it will be possible to consult the turbo application codes associated with the available products, as these are components already purchased previously.
ORDER HISTORY PLACED VIA THE APP
The app offers a section dedicated to the history of orders placed via the app.
Customers can thus view completed transactions directly from the app and maintain a more organized management of their purchases.
